What are my rights as a temporary employee?

I was told on July 28 that my assignment was ending...no reason was given. The next business day I applied for unemployment and received one check. Now the state unemployment office is questioning that because my supervisor from my last assignment said I was terminated for ';excessive talking.';



The former supervisor NEVER told me that I was talking too much-she NEVER gave me a verbal or written warning regarding the talking. I feel that I was wrongfully terminated or terminated in an unethical manner, and I feel that she is lying to me. What are my rights?
